BEACHES
Binibeca
Just 8 minutes walk from La Calera, Binibeca beach is arguably on of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
Fine white sand, crystal clear, turquoise water and one of the few beaches with a beach bar.
Binibeca is one of a handful of beaches with blue flag status indicating high standards of cleanliness, water quality, safety, and environmental management.
Very child friendly with good disabled access.
Playa de Son Ganxo
In the opposite direction to Binibeca, the small beach at Son Ganxo is tucked away amongst the traditional fishermans’ houses that surround the small inlet.
The beach is only tiny but the advantage is that you can take a paddle board there. The water is relatively shallow and calm and there is a restaurant (La Calita) that overlooks the bay.
