Availability & Rates

In order to secure a booking we require a 20% deposit and completed booking form.
Final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival together with a £1500 returnable breakages deposit.

The prices quoted are for 7 room occupancy however we may be able to offer a discounted rate at certain times of the year if all rooms are not required.

In accordance with Balearic Islands regulations, a Sustainable Tourism Tax of €2 per adult per night applies (with reductions for longer stays and exemptions for guests under 16)
